Collection: Ranch Shares

livestock share is a way to buy locally raised meat directly from a farm. Instead of buying individual cuts at a grocery store, you reserve a portion of an animal — such as a cow or pig — ahead of time.

Reserve Your Share: You pay a deposit to reserve a portion of the animal.

Half share = half of the animal  OR  Whole share = the entire animal

Processing: The animal is raised on the farm and then sent to a butcher. Before it’s processed, you get a cut sheet to decide exactly how you want your meat prepared (steaks, roasts, ground beef, bacon, sausage, etc.).

Pickup or Delivery: Once the meat is processed, you pick it up or have it delivered for a small fee.

Enjoy Local, High-Quality Meat: You get fresh, locally raised meat that supports your farm and ensures the animals are treated ethically.

Benefits of Livestock Shares:

You know exactly where your meat comes from.

You can customize your cuts to fit your family’s needs.

It often costs less per pound than buying the same quality meat in stores.

You support local farmers and sustainable agriculture.

Essentially, a livestock share is like “pre-ordering” a farm-raised animal, so you get fresh, high-quality meat directly from the source.
