Whole Beef Share Deposit - June 2026

Flying B Ranch Beef Share Deposit Policy

To reserve your Beef Share, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. This deposit secures your portion of the upcoming processing date and guarantees your spot in our butchering schedule.

Whole Beef Share: $500 deposit
(Deposit is applied toward your total balance.)

Payment Details:

Due Date: At time of reservation

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, check, or electronic payment (Venmo, PayPal, etc.)

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon pickup or before delivery of your beef.

Processing Details:

All beef is processed through LimitBid LLC in Odessa, WA.

Before processing, customers will receive a cut sheet to customize how they would like their beef processed (steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.).

Customers may pick up their beef directly from LimitBid LLC at no charge, or choose to have Flying B Ranch pick up and deliver for a $50 fee.

Cancellations:

Deposits are non-refundable unless Flying B Ranch is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you cancel after placing your order, your deposit will be forfeited to cover processing and scheduling costs.

Pickup & Payment:

You will be notified when your beef is ready and provided an estimated pickup date.

Final payment must be received within 7 days of notification, or your order and deposit may be forfeited.
